After serving First Christian Church (now Lifebridge Christian Church) in Green Bay, WI for 16 years as lead pastor, Bruce, along with his wife Neide, and their children Jonathan & Victoria, returned to Brazil in July 2007. With their experiences, both in the local church and cross culturally, they believe God has uniquely prepared them for this new phase in their ministry. This includes encouraging pastors and missionaries around the world and helping the church train an effective leadership for these times. They are also involved in a special project in Mozambique, Africa to held erradicate the extreme poverty in which the people there live.
